We are based in Bristol and we work remotely, so we can help clients based anywhere in the UK.
As we are a remote accountancy and bookkeeping practice, we do not attend clients’ premises to work. We have a variety of methods of keeping in touch including email, telephone, Teamviewer, Zoom meetings, WhatsApp.
Your first port of call will be your Accounting Whatsapp Group. Post a message here and the query will be picked up by the relevant team member working on your business who will either respond directly or give you a call.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
All of our software is in the cloud and our client’s data and files are securely encrypted.
All of our services are paid monthly in advance by direct debit.

No, we can provide a catch-up service for you, which will be priced per number of months to catch up.
Following our introductory meeting, we will book in a proposal call with you to discuss the exact services you require and a breakdown of the costs. The proposal will be sent to you by email with our letter of engagement and once this is signed, we will book in another call with you to go through our onboarding process.
Our practice is registered with HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering regulation. We will require two forms of identification before we can start supporting your business.
We make switching to BarrettStacey Accounting as easy as possible and it is easier to switch than you may think! We do the legwork for you by contacting your current accountant to inform them of your wish to leave and requesting your files and records are sent to us so we can begin working for you straight away.
If you are a client of BarrettStacey Accounting, your dedicated account manager is on hand to answer any questions that you may have. If they do not know the answer straight away, they will seek advice from one of our expert accountants and will get back to you as soon as possible.
